The fastest way to update your street address is by signing into Online Banking. You can also update your information by contacting us or by visiting any financial center.
How do I change my legal name or legal title?
To change your legal name or legal title: Please bring a government-issued photo ID plus any additional documentation specific to your situation to any bank financial center. An associate will give you forms to complete and will assist you with obtaining a new debit card and/or credit card.
If you are a co-owner or authorized user on the account: Please note that in order for us to update your name, the account owner (or other co-owners) must accompany you to the financial center.
How do I close my account?
We appreciate your business and are sorry to hear you want to close your account. We hope you’ll consider speaking with us first so we can address any concerns you might have. Call us to share your feedback with us. Before proceeding with closure, you might be interested in converting your existing account to a different account or finding a new one.
How can I withdraw money from my personal checking account?
- Go to the “What would you like to do today?” section of the dashboard
- Choose the Send Money Block
- Choose whether it is a local transfer(transfers with our bank) or an international transfer(wide variety of transfer methods as electronic modes).
- Choose the transfer mode and send funds swiftly.
- Your account will be credited as soon as it is processed.
How do I deposit money into my personal checking account?
Our bank typically provide an easy method for deposits. The money goes straight into your bank account as the money is deposited via the deposit panel of your user dashboard. if you still want us to dit manually we are here for you.
How do I reset my login PIN?
Select Forgot login PIN and follow the on-screen instructions to securely set a new one. Reset pin from your profile in the dashboard or contact us.
How do I check my account balance?
Tap the eye icon to view your balance.
How long does it take for money to clear from another bank?
Funds sent to our bank accounts are processed instantly. Payments to other banks may take 1 to 3 business days to clear if sent via standard EFT.
